We want all of our customers to be thrilled with their Beach Puddle.  If you feel we delivered a product that you are not happy with, return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery in the original condition and packaging.  Used products cannot be returned.

Beach Puddle, Inc. does not cover the cost for return shipping. Once received, we will begin the return process which will take 3-5 business days.
